Tragbares einseitiges Abzeichen, vergoldetes Metall teilweise emailliert.
Im goldenen Feld ein geflügeltes Speichenrad über Blitzen, darum in blauer Emaille ALTONAER KRAFTDROSCHKENBESITZER-VEREIN v. 1910 E. V.; unten das goldene Altonaer Stadtwappen in rotem Feld, unten blau. Oben auf dem Abzeichen eine kleine Zier
Im Altonaer Adressbuch finden sich Einträge ab 1925 mit der Adresse Eimsbütteler Straße 7, 1929 zusätzlich mit Hauptbahnhof Altona und 1930 und 1931 nur mit Hauptbahnhof Altona. Danach keine Einträge.
