Auf einem Samtpolster ist ein schmaler goldener Ehering befestigt, umrandet von einer weißen Kordel und einem Kränzchen aus grünen Blättern mit weiß-rosa Blüten im Stil eines Brautkranzes.Das Kästchen ist innen mit weißem Moiré ausgeschlagen, die Kanten vergoldet. Eine goldene, geprägte Papierbordüre verdeckt die Kanten der Glasscheibe. Das Kästchen ist außen mit braunem Papier bezogen und hat eine Öse zur Befestigung an der Wand.
